When will I receive my products?

Products that are handcrafted are made per order. Please allow a 1-3 day window on production. We want to assure the quality of each product by making this commitment to you.
What is an FAQ section?

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
How will my purchase be shipped?

Shipping will be through USPS or UPS, please allow 5-7 days, from original ship date for package to arrive.
May I return my tea and/or handmade goods purchases for a refund?

Unfortunately due to both items being a consumable product, we are unable to allow returns. Please purchase the smaller option if you would like to try a tea.
Are the items from the Yah-tique or Tea-ware returnable?

At the current time all purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions are made per incident with the Yah-tique and Tea-ware purchases.
